Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation

Duration:  60 Minutes

 

Includes:

  • Analysing your Three Day Food Diary and Lifestyle Questionnaire which includes setting out the health goals you would like to achieve.

  • Identifying any nutrient imbalances in order to improve health issues. The connection will be clearly explained so you can understand why certain foods I may recommend can help.

  • Developing a personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan which you will receive by e-mail to include:
    - Explanation of which foods will help you reach your health goals (likes and dislikes noted!)
    -  Advice on lifestyle practices that will maximise your success for the long-term.
    - A set of Action Steps which we have agreed upon based upon my recommendations.
    -  Healthy meal ideas and recipes.

  • Follow-up coaching support by phone to help you to achieve the best possible outcome. Details outlined below.

Follow Up Consultation x 5

(first session usually within a week of initial consultation)

Duration:  30 minutes per session

Includes:

  • Assessing progress made.

  • Exploring and managing any difficulties you may have with making the suggested changes. It's completely normal to have set backs during this process and we will work through these during our coaching sessions.

  • Updating of Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan, as appropriate.

  • Final 10 minute check-in after the fifth coaching session to ensure you are continuing to make progress and reaching your goals.
