This consultation aims to help you understand how particular foods and lifestyle practices can impact your health for the better. Having identified your personal health goals, we agree an action plan together that includes diet and lifestyle changes that will help you to achieve them.
As people require different degrees of follow-up support when putting the changes into practice, you can choose your own pace of coaching from my three programme levels - see "Programmes" for more details.

SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
Energy highs and lows is a very common problem amongst clients. They may crave unhealthy foods for an instant energy "hit", come crashing down and repeat this cycle endlessly. When we first discuss this, many blame themselves without understanding there are underlying reasons for this and that it can be greatly improved.
I can teach you how to stabilise your blood sugar levels to increase your energy, reduce stress, improve sleep and help with concentration and moods.
HORMONAL BALANCE
Women often endure quite a lot of symptoms and health issues, sometimes for many years, before seeking help with hormone imbalances. This doesn't need to be the case! Through understanding the right foods and lifestyle practices that can help, we can focus on improving mood swings, headaches, sugar cravings, bloating, cramps and reducing the general misery caused by "out of whack" hormones.
There are particular nutrients that can help to balance hormones so understanding the most helpful foods to include in your everyday diet can bring relief from many complaints!
STRESS MANAGEMENT
For those experiencing high stress levels, we focus on making changes that will reduce the stressors in your life. Sometimes this is not possible due to ongoing situations which are difficult to change (such as family conflicts or work demands). In this case, we collaborate on the best methods to enable you to cope better.
I also focus on dietary support by including foods in your personalised plan that will help you to manage and increase your resilience to stress so that you can regain control leaving you with more energy and a positive mood for enjoying life again!
DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVISORY SESSION €45
This is a popular one hour telephone session (convenient for work lunch breaks) advising on ways to add nutrients to your diet that can help to improve tiredness, sugar cravings, digestive issues, mood swings, headaches, etc.
This session is suitable for busy people who would like advice on how to incorporate healthy eating and lifestyle tips into their lives and for those who would like to start making some changes but are not yet ready to commit to a programme.
